Everything we hold about you is removed: your profile, phone number, intake form, notes, store credit, loyalty points, referrals and newsletter subscription.
Your past sessions are kept for our booking and accounting records, but your name, email and phone are stripped from them — they will read “Deleted member”. Any upcoming appointment is cancelled. If you ever sign up again with this address, you start fresh: every badge and count begins from zero.
